riparian rights; grant a proper easement to the parties of the

which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby covenant and agree
that the connon boundary liner extension or riparian boundary
line between their said properties , resulting in the eL:tab-
1i.shtuent of their respective riparian rights shall be as
shown on Exhibit A, a survey of Lite above described properties
and the said riparian line, attached hereto and inc•utpuraI ed
herein.4 The riparian boundary line is described us follows :

high water line of Topsail Sound, said point being

the point of intersection of the southern line of

and the said parties of the second pai t. do hereby Largain,
sell and convey unto the said parties of the first putt all of
their right, title and interest, including riparian, rights
which they have whatsoever lying south of said fine.
Parties of the first part do hereby grant unto
parties of the second part a perpetual easement to/ main-.
tenance purposes , allowing the parties of the second part ,
their heirs, successors or assigns to maintain the pier as •
shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and to repair or rebuild
the pier in its present location only as shown on Exhibit A if
damaged or destoyed by fire, stunt or other cause . This
easement shall be in the nature of a covenant which runs with
the land.
Parties of the second part hereby bargain, sell and
convey unto- the parties of the first part a perpetual easement
in the property of the parties of the second part, for ingress
and egress to and from the property of the parties of the
first part, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and described
as follows:
