I am requesting approval to excavate the entrance channel and boat basin in front of my property at
329 Friendly Lane, Wilmington, NC 28409. The excavation will be by trackhoe/barge and the spoil will
be placed on high ground on the Van Jackson property located at 326 Friendly Lane. The excavation area
consists of the following: 100 ft. x 30 ft. x 2.5 ft and 70 ft x 40 ft. x 2.0 ft. and will yield approximately
485 cubic yards.
