The submission of the completed plans(with the 3 other assigned slip owners giving their approval for
you to obtain a permit for the dual boat lift installation) is acceptable and approved by the Dock
Association. You should proceed by filing a simple amendment to the major permit filed with CAMA.
The rules and regulations of the Dock Association allow for changes in the type of slip for each owner.
Since we received the Major Permit in December, 1977, the filing for changes to individual piers and
slips can be done by revision of the permit. The fee for the revision and lift is to be paid to CAMA. If
you have questions, please contact Phil or me.
