This letter is in reference to the removal of a 22 'x56 '
barge that wash washed onto high ground during hurricane
Bonnie. We are proposing to temporarily set approx. 6
mooring piles in order to stabalize a small barge with a
hydraulic winch. Temporar* sand bags will be placed down
both sides of the barge and pumps set up in order to create
a buffer underneath of the barge. At a full lunar/high tide,
we are proposing to use a combination of these actions to
refloat the barge and place it in deep water once again. If
