Sneeden, property owners of Lots 35, 36 and 37 in the Forest Hill Subdivision in Woodburn, N.C., to build a permanent pier. This pier is to extend from Lot 35 and/or Lot 36. It is expected to extend approximately ten (10)feet into Sturgeon Creek with dimensions approximately three-hundred(300)feet long by four (4)feet wide. The pier is proposed to include a small covered shelter area or gazebo type structure located near the end of the pier. Approximate size of this structure to be eight (8)feet by ten (10)feet. In addition, a floating dock is proposed and will be attached to the pier. Approximate size of the floating dock to be six (6)feet wide by ten (10)feet long.
