Supply, N.C. 28642 Dear Sir: I received your notification for the bulkhead replacement at 127 Durham St. Holden Beach, In behalf of Mr. B.J. Gibson (owner). I did not receive a copy of the construction plan for this work. Therefore, I must assume that the bulkhead will be replaced in kind, and will be of similar elevation, alignment, and general construction (materials) as existing adjacent bulkheads. If my assumptions are correct I have no objections to the new construction. I am pleased that Mr. Gibson has opted to replace the bulk heading and possibly the spiles and dock, as it appears to be somewhat unsafe.
