Since your house is so close to the water,I think the idea of bulkheading my
property that is located adjacent to yours is a practical means of preventing any possible
erosion problems that may occur in the foreseeable future. Furthermore,the bulkhead
would aesthetically enhance the appearance of both parcels of property.
As long as your proposed construction isn't going to cost me any money, you have
both my permission and blessing.
