Dear Mr, Parker:
While in Hampstead over Thanksgiving, I talked with my neighbor, Steve Bundy,who
lives at 126 Mallard Drive,and as I mentioned to you previously on the phone,he,too,
wants to put rip-rap on his property up to the waterline. You had said that it would be
possible to write once permit for the rip-rap project at both properties(126& 127 Mallard
Dr.)thereby saving the paperwork and cost for two permits. Steve Bundy's immediate
next door neighbor on the other side,Mr. D. T. Gregory(124 Mallard Dr.)has given his
written permission for Mr. Bundy's rip-rap project,which I ant faxing to you as well.
Therefore, in your possession should be, approval from Mr_ Swift,Mr. Bundy,Mr.
Gregory and of course,this fax will serve as our approval of Mr. Bundy's project as well.
I hope you are able to get to Hampstead on Tuesday,and I look forward to hearing from
you after your visit to learn the next steps for proceeding with the permit for the rip-rap
project at our property, 127 Mallard Drive,and Mr. Bundy's property, 126 Mallard Dr.

giving their approval to our plan to put Rip Rap Rock along our bank (up to the
grass line along the water's edge) of Middle Creek in Hampstead.
I have been in touch with Steve Bundy, our other side neighbor and he is
sending me a letter confirming his support too. I will fax that letter to you by
November 29th so that you will have confirmation from both of our immediate
next door neighbors prior to your visit to our site (127 Mallard Drive —
Hampstead) on Tuesday, November 30, 1999.
