(IVSPOA) expires on May 12, 2021. IVSPOA has our pier replacement project under contract with a contractor to have it rebuilt but because the contractor is experiencing difficulties finding qualified employees to start our project, no work has started. We think he is getting closer to getting a full staff but the start date is unsure. Accordingly, we request that our permit period be extended as long as allowed to give our contractor adequate time to start. A check for $2200 has been issued and mailed to you by our bank, BB&T.
