Good morning Patrick, Scott with B & K Marine here. I am again working on a pier
project at 9010 St. Stephens Place in Wilmington. Back in June you said that I could
roughly extend the existing pier out another 50'. Do I need to run a string line from the
end of the neighbors pier on the right to the pier on the left to establish how far out we
can go and if so will you need to see this. The riparian property statements were sent
out and returned but on the lines for the neighbors to initial saying they have no
