I attempted to call David regarding the 1455 Kings Landing Road project also, but he didn't answer and there is not
option to leave a message.
In short, I visited this property today as well on a low incoming tide and it appears there's a well-established bed of
submerged aquatic vegetation in the vicinity of the proposed platform. As a result, in order to make the project work
under a General permit,the pier would need to be extended in a waterward direction another 15'-16'. After taking some
rough measurements, it appears the total length could extend up to 155'-158' from its origination along the high ground
side of the wetlands. This may or may not limit the size of the proposed platform and/floating dock.
