require us to notify their adjacent property downers of the intended
improvements by certified mail.
If you have any objections to the propsed retaining wall of approximate 125' ,
adjacent to your property, you may make your objections known by contacting
Janet Russell, CAMA Permit Officer, N.C. Division of Coastal Management,
127 Cardinal Drive Extension, Wilmington, North Carolina 28405. Phoone
(910) 395-3900.
If you do not have any objections, then we ask that you sign the consent
below on the duplictae copy of this letter and mail the duplicate to
us in the enclosed envelope.
