Beach Villas Homeowners Association, Topsail Beach,N.C., has reviewed and approved
a request made by Mr. Darrell Erny, owner of Lighthouse Marine Construction, Inc.,to
extend some existing floating docks, and install electric boat lifts at the South Beach
Yacht Club, Topsail Beach,N.C.
Any and all costs associated with these improvements will be paid for solely by
the individual that employs Lighthouse Marine for the installation of these improvements.
