Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

The undersigned,being the Board of Directors of East Bank Landing,Inc.,do hereby
adopt the following resolution:
RESOLVED,all boat slips in East Bank Landing are part of the common area of East
Bank Landing Homeowners Association,Inc.and therefore cannot be deeded. Each lot
in East Bank Landing has been assigned a boat slip number.
RESOLVED,the boat slips are common property to all members of the association at the
time the lot/house is deeded to the property owner.
RESOLVED,the boat slips cannot be leased except to another homeowner within the
East Bank Landing Subdivision.
RESOLVED,the current assignment of the boat slips as of this date will be recorded at
the Register of Deeds office,as reflected on Exhibits"A"and"B"attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
RESOLVED,this assignment cannot change unless two owners form an agreement to
exchange boat slips. This will be a formal agreement approved by the board. At the time
this agreement is made they will pay to have a new resolution recorded at the Register of
Deeds office to reflect the new assignment.
