Thank you for forwarding me the adjacent riparian property owner's notification for Webster
Marshall. I spoke to Ms. Marshall on the telephone on this date. They do wish to waive the
required 15' setback and I have noted that on their signature sheet per our conversation. I have
messed up the original permit that I drew up on the site (that you signed). Please sign again,
above my signature, and keep the top (original) copy and return the pink and yellow copies to me
in the enclosed envelope.
Also enclosed is a copy of Section 07H.1200 for your review. Feel free to call me should you
have questions after you review the rules and the permit, 910 395-3900.
