This letter is to advise you of my objection to the proposed pier application submitted
by Jeffrey &Pamela Warner for the following reasons:
1) Serious environmental cercerns, including but not limited to the
effects of this pier on the shell fish hatchery, as well as the established oyster and clam
beds. This area is also a Bird Sanctuary for Owl's and Osprey with established nests.
2) The enclosed sketch is very vague and does not include a certified
survey map as well as flags to determine the exact location of the pier in order to deter-
mine if there is encroachment on property owned by myself.
Your response would be greatly appreciated.
