SEAWALL WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF 2.5 SALT-TREATED MATERIAL.

V-GROVE PLANKING
TIE BACKS UNDER GROUND APPROX. 6 TO 8 DEPENDING ON GROUND
CAPPED WITH 2 X 10 S.T. BOARDS.
CONCRETE SLAB WILL BE SET BACK ONE FOOT FROM PROPERTY LINE.
ALL MATERIALS TO BE USED WILL BE TO STATE SPEC. AND WILL ALSO
DOUBLE CLOTH BEHIND WALLS TO ASSURE AGAINST DIRT LOSS DUE TO
EXTREME HIGH TIDES.
