DESCRIPTION AND/Oft DRAVONG OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
(Individual proposing development must fill in description below or attach a site drawing)
Project will adhere to the 15 feet adjacent property rule and consist of the following:
56 feet main pier walkway at 4 feet wide, transitioning into a offset left had (looking out towards the water)
24 feet wide X 16 feet long deck, right hand side is a 16 feet wide by 24 feet long boathouse
with a 4 feet wide jetty walk to access the boatlift.
Note: Dimension may be reduced, but will not increase, to accomodate water view and budget.
WAIVER SECTION
I understand that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or groin
must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by
me. (if you wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)
I do wish to waive the 15' setback requirement.
I do not wish to waive the 15' setback requirement.
