Basically, the groins will be 50' from the edge of each adjacent lot. (50' from Lot 8 {Wilhelmi} & 50' from Lot 6 {Honig}). The groins will be 25' long, starting at, and perpendicular to the bulkhead. A diagram is attached. Could you, please, sign and return the notification form in the enclosed envelope? Also, Ted Good tells me that you are contemplating building on your lot, and clearing & sloping the lot for eventual mowing. Basically, the groins will 50' apart, starting, at least 50' from your lot. The second groin will be installed 50' from Lot 6. The groins will be 25' long, starting at the bulkhead. A diagram is attached. The waiver section does not apply, because we are having the groin installed 50' from your lot.
