violaiion of these ierms may subiect the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the Permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the pro,ect site and accessible to the permit officer when the Proiect is insPected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signingthis permitthat l) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this Permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriaL loial authorities to .onfi.. that this proiect is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
