violation of these terms may subject the permiftee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the proiect site and accessible to the permit officer when the proiect is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies bysigningthis permitthat l) priorto undertakint any activities authorized bythis permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to conlirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adlacent riparian
landowner(s) .
