Job Description
1. Level pier and deck at entrance to pier using high pressure water pump.
2. Install helix earth anchors and cable them to pilings. Anchors located
within the existing footprint, as follows,
Entry Deck, 9 anchors.
Pier, 11 anchors.
Gazebo, 6 anchors.
3. Add cross braces to pier and gazebo pilings.
4. Replace damaged decking on the pier and floating dock.
5. Replace decking removed for helix anchor installation.
6. Replace missing and damaged rub rail.
