Re: Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification/Waiver for Martha Noblitt,
142 Greensboro, St., Holden Beach, North Carolina.
The purpose of this letter is to express my objection to the proposed development of a
dock, as referred to in the attached documents, adjacent to my property. My property is
located at 150 Greensboro St., Holden Beach, NC. The reasons for this objection are
twofold:
One, there is not ample room to build this dock without impeding on the rights of all
adjacent property owners.
Two, at the time of my purchase of this property, I was assured that I would have ample
room to properly dock and maneuver a boat into and out of its mooring space. This was a
consideration in the price I paid for the property. A new dock, in this small area, would
eliminate my ability to do this.
I have sent this letter to you Certified Mail only to insure its delivery. I would appreciate
your confirmation that my objections have been registered.

Dear Mr. Parker,
Enclosed you will find a notification/waiver form sent to me by certified mail from a Mintz
Construction company. To me this is a totally incomplete form and I do object to any and
all type of work to be performed at this property based on this proposal.
I have seen several other properties with the same Riparian Rights as this property get
waivers and then later down the road it becomes a problem to adjacent properties. As we
all know real estate on the beach changes hands quite often, therefore, I cannot waive the
15' setback.
