As discussed, Dennis and Joan Gillings are requesting the reissuance of a CAMA General Permit
to cover the same proposed boat slip work covered under General Permit number 019731 which
expires 2/17/99. The work has not been accomplished to date due to the inability to secure a
marine contractor to begin the work prior to the expiration date. I have now been informed that a
contractor is on line to begin work soon.
I have enclosed a copy of the original General Permit for your reference and confirmed that the
riparian landowners have not changed since the original permitting. Thank you for your
assistance.
