Dear Mr. Toler:
Pursuant to your letter of November 26, 1999 to my Attorney, John B. Dunn, Jr., this
shall constitute a letter of intent on my part to The Moorings Homeowners' Association, Inc. that
in the event I sell my condominium I will return the boat slip/dock to my unit at The Moorings to
it's original condition prior to the sale of my condominium, or in the alternative I will obtain
prior approval of The Moorings Homeowners' Association, Inc. for the purchase of my unit to
keep the boat lift in place as part of the purchase of my unit. It is my understanding that upon
receipt of this letter of intent, I have approval of The Moorings Homeowners' Association, Inc.
to install the boat lift at my boat slip that was previously described in Mr. Dunn's letter to you
dated November 23, 1999.
