ADDITIONAL PERMIT CONDITION:
- The permittee shall contact the New Hanover County Zoning Department to arrange an on-site
meeting to determine if this method of shoreline stabilization is consistent with the 1997 New
Hanover County/Wilmington Land Use Plan Update and Comprehensive Plan and applicable for
this location. No work may begin until this determination has been made. You should contact
Debra Wilson, Zoning Enforcement Officer, at [phone], to arrange an appointment for
this consistency determination.
