Dear Ms. Hughes:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation, DEHNR requires that we notify you, the adjoining
property owner, of the proposed project to be done on our property.
I have enclosed herewith a copy of our proposed plan dated Jan. 28, 2000, which clearly shows
you the location of our pier and floating dock. In addition to the pier, we plan to replace the
existing bulkhead with new and also dredge the boat slips on both sides of the floating dock to 6'
at MLW.
I appreciate you taking the time to help me with this. If the proposal is acceptable to you, would
you please sign the attached form as I have indicated. Please note that it is necessary for you to
sign the 15'waiver section due to us building the new bulkhead which will tie to your bulkhead in
the 15'setback, and also due to us dredging within the 15' setback in front of our property.
