Intercoastal Diving, Inc. requests permission to deposit dredge spoils as
obtained from Pelican Docks and place onto the island at the intersection of Shinn
Creek and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. I understand that a charge of$1.00 per
cubic yard will be assessed for dumping.
Intercoastal Diving, Inc. will obtain all necessary permitting and will abide by the
