- The permittee shall contact the New Hanover County Zoning Department to arrange an on-site
meeting to determine if this method of shoreline stabilization is consistent with the 1997 New
Hanover County/Wilmington Land Use Plan Update and Comprehensive Plan and applicable for
this location. You should contact Debra Wilson, Zoning Enforcement Officer, at (910) 341-7118,
to arrange an appointment for this consistency determination.
