I am requesting a new general permit to complete work previously authorized by CAMA
General Permit# 019878-D (copy enclosed). This is the third(3rd) general permit request for
this project. The batter pilings have been installed but additional rip rap to augment and protect
the base of my bulkhead as depicted on the drawing was not accomplished during the life of the
previous general permits.
