I am requesting approval to excavate the entrance channel in front of my property located at 350 Friendly
Lane, Wilmington, NC 28409. The excavation will be by trackhoelbarge and the spoil will be placed on
high ground on the Van Jackson property located at 326 Friendly Lane. The excavation area is
approximately 350 ft. x 30 ft. x 2.5 ft. and will yield approximately 972 cubic yards.
