Along with requiring special care by those who build and develop, the (ieneral Assembly direted the Corstal Resources Commission (CRC) to implement clear regulatioos that minimize thc burden on the rpplicant This application for a minor developmetrt permit under CAMA is part of the Commission's cllort to mcel thc spirit and intcnt of thc General Assembly.
