Subject: Notification of Adjacent Property Owners — Wynn Plaza
Enclosed find copies of the letters stating that the adjacent property owners
of Wynn Plaza have been notified of the Town of Wrightsville Beach's
intention to place NCDOT Class 1 rip-rap at the sheetpile mud line of the
existing bulkhead at a 1:1 slope and whose "toe" will not exceed a distance
greater than 5' waterward from the face of the bulkhead.
I would like to meet with you as soon as possible in order that the proper
permit may be issued in order that this work can begin.

Subject: Renovations at Wynn Plaza
The Town of Wrightsville Beach once again is required to notify adjacent property
owners of its intentions to begin certain renovations at Wynn Plaza. In addition to the
previously described renovations to Wynn Plaza, the Town also plans to install NCDOT
Class 1 Rip-Rap at the mud line at a 1:1 slope and not to exceed 5' waterward from the
face of the bulkhead.
Please sign below acknowledging that I have notified you of our plans in order that I may
proceed with securing the proper CAMA permit. I have provided a stamped/addressed
envelope for your convenience.
