contacted by adjacent property owner Wes Hall of 441 Blossom Ferry Road
and that I do hereby consent to his construction of rip-rap (rock) shoreline
protection and a boat dock at his property. I understand that the rip-rap
will run the entire length of his property (facing the Northeast Cape Fear
River) and wrap around the point at Banana Creek. The boat dock will
consist of a 5-foot wide by no greater than 40-foot long fixed structure that
will parallel the shoreline (above the rip-rap) on the westward end of the
property. I also agree that either three (3) mooring pilings may be set into
the river adjacent to the fix dock or a 5-foot wide by 20-foot long floating
dock may be added to the fixed dock structure at some future date.
