Attached is a copy of a CAMA and Dredge and Fill General Permit to add rock and
rip rap along the marina of the Masonboro Landing Homeowner Association.I,as
adjacent owner, have no objection to the rock and rip rap being placed as shown on the
attached drawing.In fact,I would lime to add rock from the point shown on the permit
along the front of my property and ask that you include that in this permit.If I need to file
a separate permit,please let me know and I will do so.
You were kind enough to meet with me on this property in September,1999 and you
issued a permit to me for a sea wall.If it is possible,I would like to renew that permit and I
enclose a copy of the permit issued. Please let me know if and how I do so.
