According to CAMA rules I must notify the adjacent property
owners that I intend to erect a bulkhead (retaining wall) similar to
those on other properties that abut the marsh. The purpose of the
retaining wall is to control erosion of the soil surrounding the
structure.
If you will please sign and return the attached copy to me ASAP,
I can proceed with the CAMA application on behalf of my client.
