First remove any debris,existing parking blocks,all old signs,etc. and clean up the area. 2. Trim back shrubbery,if necessary,to maximize parking in the area as outlined above. 3. Grade the area outlined above(area will be marked with stakes at the site)to an approximate level condition with a slight down slope from the street edge,if possible. If fill is required,it shall be compatible fill provided from an upland source. 4. Place a 4"base of to 1 '/4"stone. Add a top coat of half rock and finish grade smooth. 5. Place new parking blocks for angled parking. Parking should be set for both sides of the area if at all possible. 6. Place sand fence on the landward side of the dune,oriented to guide people to the beach access point and prevent walking over the dunes. 7. Place the"Beach Access and Stay Off Dunes"sign next to the access point on the landward toe of the dune. If the access is also a vehicle drive on point,then also place the"Emergency Vehicle Access Only"sign. (NOTE: INITIALLY,THESE WILL BE THE ONLY SIGNS PLACED AT ANY BEACH ACCESSES.) 8.
