The dock will be 15'to 20' from the property lines of both riparian property owners. Inclosed is both packets sent to those property owners along with the USPS email for proof of delivery. The 10'x20' doc will be atleast 3ft above the mudline and the 10'X5' stepdown will be atleast 2ft above the mudline.Along with the doc will be a 6ft access ramp.
