This letter is to inform you and request your approval , in regards to a proposed project on lot
#16 R Sneads Ferry N.C. . The proposed project is a 15 ft. x 5 ft. addition to the right side of Mr.
Buchlew"s dock, as per attached drawing. The old section of this dock , which was destroyed during
the last hurricane, consisting of an 8 ft. x 26 ft. section in the front of this dock is not to be replaced.
