However,we request that said pier be oriented parallel to our pier, and the length be in line and not extend beyond the other adjacent piers. Our pier is parallel to Mr. Dudley Robbins' pier, our neighbor to the north, and also parallel to Dr.Willard Herring's pier to the north beyond Mr. Robbins. This has been the prevailing orientation and length determination factors for all said existing piers in the area.
