I 've received your letter indicating that you have purchased
the lot on the sound adjacent to my property at Surf City. I
do appreciate your letting me know that you have purchased
the property and sending me a copy of your proposed
structure. At this point, I am not in a position to approve
of the waiver you request. As you may know, I have decided
to clear my property in anticipation of doing some
development there. I anticipate creating several sound front
lots and 'marketing them within the next six months to a
year.
Until I 've had a chance to see the lot layout, and how and
what the needs of those immediate property owners may be, I
