Wilmington,N.C. 28405-3845 DIVISION OF COASTAL MANAGEMENT Dear Ms. Russell: Enclosed are site plans of my dock and boat lift at 807 Shoreline Drive W. Sunset Beach, North Carolina. On August 11, 1999, Jerry Parker issued a permit for a covered boat lift beside my existing dock structure. Because of the many hurricanes in particular"Floyd" we were unable to complete the covered portion before the permit expired. We managed to get the lift and pilings installed for the cover. Since it was winter we felt the best course of action was to wait until summer to finish the roof over the lift. Sometime in the fall of 1999, I spoke with you and you said that you would probably need to make a site visit in order to grant another permit to finish the installation. Please let me know if I will need to get my neighbors to sign another riparian notification form. Both of my neighbors have done this for the dock and then the lift and covering. I am enclosing a copy of their permission. Please let me know if a site visit is necessary and if so, set a time that I can meet you there. I will also need to know if the permit fee is still $50.00 so that I can mail you a check. Si ere ames T.
