violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).

located N 64-42 W 35.59 feet from a point in the centerline of said Bradley
Creek Point Road that is S 07-15 E 169.32 feet from a concrete monument at
the point of intersection of curve #16 as shown on the above referred to map
of Bradley Creek Point, running thence S 07-15 E 23.72 feet along the said
western right of way line of Bradley Creek Point Road to a point; thence N

On December 16, 2020,the Corps reviewed the boundaries of the delineation you submitted on December 8, 2020. The
waters and/or wetlands have been delineated,and the delineation has been verified by the Corps to be sufficiently
accurate and reliable for a period of five years, unless new information warrants revision of the delineation before the
expiration date.The boundaries of these waters and/or wetlands are shown on the delineation map, labeled Preliminary
Wetland Delineation Sketch and Preliminary Resource Boundary Delineation Sketch and dated November 2020 without
revisions.
Regulatory Guidance Letter(RGL) 16-01 https://usace.contentdm.ocic.org/utils/getfile/collection/p16021co119/id/1256
provides guidance for Jurisdictional Determinations (JD). At this time we are only verifying the delineation. This
delineation may be relied upon for use in the permit evaluation process, including determining compensatory
mitigation. This verification will expire on December 16, 2025 and can be relied upon until this date unless new
information warrants revision of the delineation before the expiration date. This delineation verification is not an
Approved Jurisdictional Determination (AJD) and is not an appealable action under the Regulatory Program
Administrative Appeal Process (33 CFR Part 331). However,you may request an AJD, which is an appealable action.

If you wish to receive an AJD please respond accordingly, otherwise we will not provide any further
documentation. Please note, due to workload, issuance of an AJD may take long period of time to complete and
provide.

On behalf of Dustin and Susan Gross, I would like to request a CAMA General Permit for bulkhead
replacement at 417 Bradley Creek Point Road in Wilmington, New Hanover County. The applicant
proposes replacement of the bulkhead above 404 wetlands as depicted in the attached drawings, after
which the vacant area will be backfilled with sand level to the existing grade. The proposed bulkhead will
measure 1' wide by 130' long, will tie to the existing bulkhead on the northern portion of the property,
and will tie to the adjacent southern bulkhead. There is no additional upland work proposed on the
property. Figures, Deed, Signed Agent Authorization, Riparian Notifications / Waivers, and $400
application fee check are enclosed. Green delivery confirmation cards will be forwarded upon receipt.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything in addition to accept this CAMA General
Permit application as complete.Thank you for your assistance.
