The North Carolina Dept of Transportation is submitting drawings and MP
forms for the relocation of the Telephone line to accommodate the pipe
replacement. The pipe replacement is currently permitted under CAMA GP
# 74994. The proposed construction will consist of a directional bore with
approximately 637 feet 48 strand Fiber Optic cable and a 100-PR copper
cable in a common 2" bore or plow trench on the upstream side of the pipe
replacement. Bore pits will be contained by silt fence to prevent silt loss.
Please find plans attached. WBS number for this project is 15402.1016014.
