Dear Pat and Rhapsody:
Thank you so much for agreeing to allow us to tie In to your bulkhead We think the
bulkheads will make our neighborhood even more attractive and may make it a little more
resistant to the forces of nature. We are looking forward to meeting you both.
As I told you by telephone, we hope to begin building in about a year. However, we want
to begin the bulkhead as soon ac possible. To that extent, if you would both sign and have
notorized the bottom of this letter we will be able to proceed. I am enclosing our draft in the
amount of$1300.00. Please fax the executed document back to my office and then mail the hard
copy back to me.
