The Division of Coastal Management requires us to notify the adjacent riparian
property owner of our construction intentions. The Town of Holden Beach at 110
Rothschild, Holden Beach,NC. are applying to construct a bulkhead around the oak
tree area at the end of Sailfish Drive. This property has recently been acquired by the
Town of Holden Beach and the Town would like to bulkhead this area in order to try and
prevent further erosion around the tree.
If you have no objections to this project please sign the area below and return to our
office as soon as possible so that we can began the construction soon. Also if you have
any questions please contact Rhonda Phillips at the Town Hall at 842-4688. Thank You
for your quick response.

I hereby certify that I own property, adjacent to the above referenced property. The
Town of Holden Beach applying for this permit has described to me what development
that they are proposing.
