I received the Notification/Waiver form in the mail yesterday for construction at 124
Greensboro Street,Holden Beach. Since there were no plans or description of the
proposed construction and there has been no discussion or communication from the
owner of that property Mr. Wren M. Patterson to me of what is proposed, I am refusing to
waive the set back requirement.
I am returning the completed Notification/Waiver form indicating I do not wish to waive
the 15' setback requirement.
