As per CAMA regulations,we are giving you notice that we intend to refurbish our dock
as to the original specifications. We have applied to CAMA for this permit. As you
know,we ended up in litigation with the original builder. We now hope the eyesore we
have had to live with for four years will become a bonafide dock.
CAMA requires that you sign that you have been notified of our intent. Thank you for
your cooperation in this matter.
