Today we received the above document for signature. Joe is out of town until Easter,
however after reviewing the survey,I understand that you are attempting to build a pier.
Has this been approved by CAMA? If so, could we see a copy of their findings to assist
us in our decision-making. We also are concerned that a pier may detract from our
property's view.
