This will include the installation of two (2) 10" x 25' long outer mooring pilings for a wet slip. We propose to install a new vinyl bulkhead. Wall will be 112' long with 6' +/- exposure. This includes a 12' long wingback on the right side of the property. We propose to construct and install an 8' wide x 16' long elevated wood platform to extend off the top of the new bulkhead. This will have a 4' wide x 4' long landing on the side with an L-shaped stairway down to the lower area. We propose to replace the damaged jetty by constructing a new 25' long jetty to extend off of the existing bulkhead and extend no more than 1' above normal water level.
